Refund and Returns Policy
At ChemDope.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, peptides, and laboratory-grade products, we have a strict return and refund policy in place to ensure safety, compliance, and fairness.
1. All Sales Are Final
All products sold on chemdope.com are intended for research purposes only and are not for human consumption. For this reason, all sales are considered final and non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Exceptions – Eligible Refund or Reshipment Cases
We will consider refunds or reshipments under the following circumstances:
a. Damaged or Leaking Products
If your item arrives damaged, contaminated, or leaking, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. We will evaluate your claim and may issue a replacement or refund.
b. Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Please provide your order number and photos of the received item. We will promptly ship the correct product at no additional cost.
c. Package Lost in Transit
If tracking information shows that your package has not been delivered within a reasonable time frame (usually 30 days from shipment), and the shipping address was correct, we will investigate and potentially offer a free reshipment or refund, based on courier verification.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Opened or tampered vials, containers, or packaging
- Temperature-sensitive products
- Products returned without authorization
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error
- Orders seized or delayed by customs (we are not liable for local import laws)
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or shipped. After this period, we cannot cancel the order as it enters our fulfillment workflow.

5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method (unless otherwise discussed)
- Cryptocurrency refunds may be issued in the equivalent USD value at the time of the original transaction
6. Shipping & Customs Disclaimer
We are not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure the legality of our products in your jurisdiction.
